The Position

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will work alongside our experienced recruiters and assist with various aspects of the recruitment process. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain practical experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:

Assist with sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.Conduct initial screening interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the position.Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics for interviews, including booking rooms and sending out interview confirmations.Help to maintain accurate candidate records and update our applicant tracking system with relevant information.Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on recruitment strategies and best practices.Assist with other administrative tasks related to recruitment as required.·      

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques is an asset but not required.

This is an paid internship with a duration of 3-6 months, depending on availability. The successful candidate will work on a full-time basis
