As an intern, you will be reporting to the Technical Support Manager, Lead Support Specialist or the Associate District Manager. You will learn and understand from the Technical and Service associates the analysis of pest data such as pest type, pest count, various monitoring devices and equipment, service procedures and quality audits, service schedule & routing, customer service & relationship and management skills.
You will also learn how to analyze pest risk towards public & environmental and human health, pest hazards, root cause analysis & problem resolution in different industries and customer sites. During this process, you will learn about the Integrated Pest Management (IPM) philosophy and application in urban pest management.
In terms of individual leadership development, you will learn about the organization management structure, people management skills, team development and enhancement by organizing, hosting, leading meetings or appointments, and deliver the desired results. You will also go through coaching, guiding, mentoring, training program planning and implementation.
Furthermore, as part of digital business transformation, you will understand how digital business solutions will be applied in pest management industry. You will also be given the opportunity to summarize your learnings in business reviews, technical and operational reviews, as well to service level improvement plans.
