Sales Operations Intern
Your role:
Support the team generating commercial proposals;
• Carry out reviews, when necessary, to support the team with information necessary for negotiations and process;
• Be guided by the team in the preparation of the necessary material for the order, collecting the documents relevant to the sale of the product, ensuring compliance with the company's requirements;
• Support the team in sending data for credit approval, extracting documents relevant to the negotiation and filling out a form with the sale information;
• Prepare the necessary documents to issue the sales contract, extracting from the system information regarding the product configuration and attaching it to the consultation folder;
• Provide information to your management to carry out weekly sales project meetings, requesting support from the areas involved;
* Manage KPIs and process reviews.

Student enrolled in a local University studying Administration, International Relations, International Trade, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related courses
Passionate person, eager to learn, autonomous, independent;
Project management skills and continuous improvements mindset;
Good analytical and communication skills
Eager to take initiative and ownership of your projects and focused on understanding customer needs;
Advanced English both verbal and written;
Advanced MC Office (Excel and PowerPoint is a must).
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
