What you’ll bring to WSP: + A degree or diploma in Building Science, Civil/Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. + 10–15 years of progressive experience in engineering, consulting, or construction management—especially related to building envelopes and structural renewal. + Eligible or currently registered as a P.Eng. (APEGA) or C.E.T. (ASET); registration in other provinces is an asset. + Strong understanding of building systems, materials, and construction methods for repair, assessment, and rehabilitation. + Clear communication skills and client-facing experience across all phases of project delivery. + Willingness to travel throughout Western Canada and the North, with flexibility for extended or varied work hours when needed. + Able to meet government security clearance requirements (WSP will support the process). + Valid driver’s license and comfort working at heights (training provided). + Bonus: familiarity with Building Condition Assessments, Reserve Fund Studies, or Safe Work Practices. **Ready to shape the buildings of tomorrow?** Join us.
