We are looking for an Inside Sales Engineer for our office in Ede, The Netherlands, specializing in automation technologies. Our main goal is to offer top-tier support for our array of automation products and solutions, such as Aventics, Asco, Topworx, and Tescom, to a diverse group that includes Customers, Sales Representatives, Business Partners, and Intermediaries. Additionally, we ensure a positive Customer Experience through efficient collaboration with various departments - technical support, order management, outside sales, and others - to deliver fast and informed solutions to our customers' issues. This comprehensive support extends across the Benelux region.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Independently create quotes for Emerson products & services Key-user E-shop Build quotes (technically & commercially) Clean order handover of customer purchase order Provide product information to external- and internal customers Maintain relationships with existing customers and distributors (internal and external) Regularly update in sales administration tools Perform in accordance with the relevant Emerson procedures like ethics and trade compliance Who You Are:

You optimally communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels. You build rapport in an open, friendly, and accepting way.

For This Role, You Will Need: At least 1-2 years proven experience Intermediate degree or equivalent experience in related field Proficiency in Dutch and English Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities; proactive sense; interest for Commercial role and environment Willingness to interact and work with others; be a great teammate Direct and interactive digital skills and electronic business interfaces: Outlook, Microsoft Office, Teams etc.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Knowledge of computer based administrative systems Knowledge of products within pre-defined scope of business unit Experience in Factory Automation industry
