Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) is a 100% subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH . Job Description

The purpose of this position is to implement, execute and monitor comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging technology and collaboration to enhance employee performance, drive organizational change, and foster a culture of growth within RBAI.

Implement competency and development plans for all employees to bridge the gap between their current and future skill sets in line with the business objectives.Assist in the development,delivery and maintenance of mandatory compliance training, accurate and up-to-date records of all L&D activities in the Plant.Implement regular audits and assessments of training programs, learning processes, and outcomes to assess their effectiveness, ROI and ensure alignment with established standard.Plan and manage digitalization of learning and development interventions and optimize processes through automation.Implement organizational change by designing target learning interventions that foster growth and development mindset of employees.Partner with internal subject matter experts and external trainers to meet the learning and development goals/objectives.Adapt and implement a comprehensive DE&I strategy that aligns with the organization's value to foster a workplace culture.Implement diverse learning modalities such as e-learning, workshops, on-the-job training, and coaching to enhance associates skills and competencies resulting increased workforce productivity.

 

QualificationsBachelors / Masters in Human Resources/ Psychology with 5-8 years of experience in Human Resource and 3 years of experience in learning and development.Indian Society of Training and Development or any relevant certifications (desired)
