IAM Engineer, Technology - Information Security

Creates and implements identity management systems to meet specific security needs and complex compliance standards. The Identity and Access Management team collaborates with TR leadership, technology teams, business partners, and trusted third party providers to ensure secure and reliable services. Implements and supports IAM solutions across the enterprise.

 

About the Role

In this opportunity as an IAM Engineer, you will: 

Manage, install, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Active Directory, DNS, and services on Windows 2012/2016 platforms.Install and configure Active Directory Domain Services for object management including users, groups, and network resources.Create and manage Organizational Units (OUs), Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and Group Policy Containers (GPCs).Utilize DCPROMO processes and configure AD Sites, OU structures, Site Links, DNS, DHCP, WINS, Global Catalog servers, and Directory Services.Troubleshoot application functionality errors in an Application Isolation Environment (AIE).Monitor Windows Server performance and implement proactive measures to prevent impacts.Develop automation tools, scripts, and processes for Windows systems administration and performance monitoring.Perform vulnerability mitigation and patch management.Coordinate with service providers, vendors, and internal teams for issue resolution.Provide on-call support during off-duty hours on a scheduled/rotating basis.Implement and monitor domain-level security policies and review rights and privileges.Collaborate on Windows infrastructure needs, maintenance, optimization, and documentation.Follow and apply configuration and security standards within a Change Management process.Ensure system improvements and changes are implemented accurately and monitor their effects.

About You

You’re a fit for the role of IAM Engineer if your background includes:

4+ years of IT or IT Security experience with Windows 2012/2016 server environments.Strong working knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management disciplines.2+ years of experience with server technology capabilities and products.Experience in developing automation and scripts.Expertise in Active Directory design and support, including LDAP service, GPOs, and AD Schema.Strong hands-on administration experience with Windows server technologies.Experience with security configurations and working with Security Service teams.Ability to analyze system issues, determine root causes, and implement solutions.
