Your role and responsibilities

The team focuses on Energy Industries, primarily in the areas of Power & Water and Chemistry in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and Norway. The most used technologies for automation are 800xA with AC800M or Melody. In addition to control in power plants, heating plants, substations, and chemical plants, the team specializes in SCADA/HMI modernization and is currently building a sub-team of specialists for the control of hydroelectric power plants for comprehensive E2E deliveries.The work model for the role is: on site.This role is contributing to the Process Automation in Brno. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tPeople management•\tLegal and ABB requirements as HSE, Integrity etc.•\tCapacity and competence grow according to business requirements in collaboration with Business Engagement Managers•\tCreate positive working environment, remove barriers to execution, coach and motivate people, assure good communication flow in the team•\tCost absorption through proper budget preparation, capacity and utilization balance, and personal cost and other expenses management•\tKPIs fulfilment monitoring•\tCustomer relationship•\tFosters good relationship with EUOPC partners•\tListens to and responses to the customer needs•\tCollects customer feedback, executes follow-up actions on gabs in performance

Qualifications for the role

\tUniversity degree in Automation, Electrical or Informatic\t5 years’ experience in ABB\tOpen minded person with leading skills\tMotivated to grow team services\tAdvanced English
