As a Human Resources Communications Associate you will join the Corporate Communications team where you will help manage our organization's internal communications across form factors, including web updates, story creation, newsletters, event planning and more. As a dynamic professional with the ability to influence, manage change, and communicate complex information in a simple and concise manner, you will excel in working through complexity, handling multiple urgent initiatives, and collaborating effectively with clients and change partners.

 

Job responsibilities:

Provide strategic communications support for HR communications for a global workforce that represents more than 320,000 employees operating in 65 countries. Execute comprehensive communication strategies that align with organizational goals and comply with regulatory requirements. Create engaging content for various communication channels, including across digital channels, Town Halls and events, and other activations. Collaborate with top HR leaders, communications partners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in communication efforts and branding. Write, edit, and distribute targeted communications, including executive messages, program updates, success stories, and other relevant content.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

3+ years of experience in communications BA/BS in Communications, Business, Marketing, or Journalism, Proven success in developing enterprise- and executive-level messages and executing effective communication plans. Exceptional writing, editing, execution, and organizational skills. Self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines while delivering high-quality results. Ability to excel in a matrix environment, both as an individual contributor and as part of the larger Corporate Communications team.

Experience in communications, with a focus on HR-related communications  BA/BS in a related field
