Your role and responsibilitiesTechnology Operations Manager (Talent Acquisition)•\tOrchestrates the delivery of all maintenance and support activities for the Talent Acquisition Area of HRIS. •\tOperates on tactical level of managing 3rd party suppliers by managing performance metrics, resolving issues•\tCoordinates in monthly reporting against contractual targets for the technology applications for recruitment. •\tEnsures relevant IS methodologies, procedures and processes are followed (ITIL). •\tBuilds IS Domain Service operation activities in cooperation with IS Service Owners and IS Solution Architects.•\tIntegrates Operation and Build activities (DevOps scope) in collaboration with Build Team.•\tPlays an active role in the definition of new contract with Vendors for the operational activities, service levels and Service Level Agreement (SLA) definition.•\tContributes to the IS Service Catalogue, sets directions in the areas of service introduction and end user support.•\tIs responsible in incident management for ensuring service restauration within agreed SLA, business impact analysis and prioritization.•\tIs responsible for reviewing the root cause of incidents (define workarounds, known errors and root cause analysis), following up on fixing root causes by planning problem resolution and change implementation.•\tSupports major incident and critical situation resolution.
Qualifications for the role\tIT Professional 7yrs+ experience in the relevant area, with hands-on experience in similar role, managing IT applications and infrastructures.\tBackground and experience in one or more technology areas: IT infrastructure, DevOps, engineering and software architecture design, SaaS based applications.\tUnderstanding of ITIL concept, managing supplier via managed services model through different contractual metrics.\tExperience in AMS vendor operational management\tKnowledge and ability to use ServiceNow to optimize and review: Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Requests and all processes related to domain service delivery.\tGood knowledge of compliance, security, SOX, GDPR and other corporate standards and IS Policies.\tPrevious experience in support global HR applications is a plus\tFluency in English is essential (written and spoken)
