Hybrid role: 3 days in office/2 days remote (work from home)

Responsibilities

Respond to customer HR requests and provide guidance to associates and managersConsistently execute HR processes, using case management, chat and telephonyProvide guidance to associates and managers on self-service transactions and navigating the HR portalResearch solutions to HR customer inquiries and escalate as neededUnderstand and be able to communicate HR policies, processes, and proceduresAdhering to Flowserve’s safety, integrity and code of conduct policiesOther duties as required and assigned by manager

Requirements

Exceptional customer service, emotional intelligence and empathyExcellent probing abilities, to identify true need from customerResourcefulness and ability to find answers quicklyThorough with responses to inquiries and issuesAdaptable to different customer types and situationsTechnologically savvy to improve and automate activitiesKnowledge of the full HR operations solutionProficiency in the English/French or English/Portuguese languageConfidentiality and discretion for managing sensitive informationExecutive presence and ability to deliver high touch support3 years’ professional experienceBachelor’s degree in business or HR OR 4 years relevant experience

Prior experience in an HR Operations EnvironmentWorking knowledge of Workday and/or Neocase
