Your role and responsibilities

The work model for the role is: #LI-OnSite This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tSupport for unionized staff, payroll inquiries, leave inquiries, absenteeism.•\tFiltering of hourly staff support.•\tCommunication with supervisors regarding disciplinary issues, discussion topics, and action items.•\tActive communication with union representatives.•\tProcesses for employee reprimands/suspensions/layoffs.

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelor's degree in administration, human resources, communications, or similar.\t4+ years of experience in similar positions.\tWillingness to rotate shifts. (6:00 AM - 3:30 PM / 2:30 PM - 11:30 AM)\tKnowledge of the LFT (Labor Law).\tExperience with the TRESS/Revolution system.\tExperience managing absenteeism/turnover metrics.\tExperience indirectly leading teams.\tExperience working with transportation and cafeterias.\tExperience in a manufacturing plant.\tExperience working with hourly staff.\tIntermediate English level.\tExperience with Workday.
