In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires and transfers including but not limited to: meeting with hiring managers, employment verification, greeting employees and orientation, auditing compliance documents Execution and delivery of valuable HR services including but not limited to: contractor tracking and reporting, travel arrangements and meeting planning Manage Service Awards Program for Enterprise and Global Sales employees Maintain HR department budget including monthly and quarterly reviews, annual budget submission, and manage department purchasing Maintain records for year-end fringe benefit calculations and event ticket chargebacks Drive employee relations activities, e.g. Professional Assistants Day, Holiday Ornaments, etc. Coordinate the Enterprise business unit’s American Express Program Generate security badge authorization requests Manage Equifax compliance activities including I-9 employment verification and responding to unemployment claims Maintain the email distribution lists used for Enterprise communications Provide administrative HR support to the Enterprise HR staff Help to build strong, credible relationships across the organization Prioritize multiple local events throughout the calendar year Manage Event/Venue ticket distribution for Enterprise Employees in St. Louis Coordinate approval and reimbursement process for Tuition Assistance Program Assist HR Director and Staff on special assigned projects Plan and send mass communications to Enterprise employees on various Enterprise, campus updates and special events Update HQ HR SharePoint site content as needed Maintain updated compliance documents for employee awareness in Emerson Tower Supervise Enterprise participation in Global Development programs and be the Enterprise liaison for Learning & Development initiatives Analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency for operational processesWho You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field or the equivalent combination of education and work experience Relevant years’ experience working in human resource information systems, preferably Oracle based commensurate with the level of this role. Efficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Analytical skills with strong attention to detail Customer service orientation Must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
