Health & Welfare Outsourcing Sales Solution Architect

The Role

Manage elements of the Health & Welfare Outsourcing sales process including: Working with sales leaders to identify and qualify health & welfare outsourcing prospects Reviewing administration requirements Determining solution and appropriate scope  Development of the budget to support the solution and ensuring it aligns with requested scope Responding to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) Working with sales leaders on non-RFP prospects and proposals Working with the sales and delivery team to prepare for prospect and client meetings Supporting development and maintenance of proposal answers, assumptions and other proposal collateral, as needed Supporting development of contract documents Contribute to the creation of new tools, approaches and intellectual capital for the health & welfare outsourcing sales process leveraging AI where possible Stay up to date on the latest developments in health & welfare outsourcing delivery model Work with the product teams to prioritize future enhancements based on proposals and market intelligence Development of the budget to support client renewals and provide market competitive data to support pricing
 

The Requirements

3 or more years of health & welfare outsourcing experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience in the delivery of health & welfare outsourcing servicesProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and WordExcellent attention to detailInterest and aptitude in keeping abreast of latest developments in health & welfare outsourcing delivery and contributing to the development of new tools and approachesAbility to work extended hours as neededAn undergraduate degree is required
