The Position

 

Novo Nordisk Global Rare Disease is seeking an experienced head of our Orchestrated Customer Engagement team to join our Global Rare Disease Operations. Reporting directly to the VP Finance & Commercial Excellence, this role is responsible to lead end to end considerations to strengthen HCP customer engagement strategies, execution, and measurement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Strategy: Lead Global RareD OCE strategy, including omnichannel design and execution, customer segmentation and targeting, developing hybrid engagement models. Building upon a strong analytics foundation to shape strategies across medical, commercial, and congress customer engagement

 

Ecosystem: Identify, design, deliver strategic opportunities for efficiencies across Global teams, steering customer engagement strategy, content development, campaign definition, and execution. Build expertise in channel strategies to identify best practice engagement toward specific HCP segments.

 

Analytics: Embed analytics throughout activities to deliver strong insights, identify opportunities, clarify actions, and develop the business. Strong coordination across platforms to ensure execution leads to structured analytics and insights.

 

Leadership: You will lead a team of four highly engaged employees, ensuring ambitious and high-quality deliverables, fostering people development, and maintaining psychological safety

 

Change Management: Steer successful change management across Global, Regional, and Affiliate partnerships; propose solutions to enhance current ways of working; leveraging existing Novo Nordisk networks and elevate best practices.

 

 

Qualifications

 

Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic customer engagement with a focus on commercial excellence strategy. Strong background in designing, executing, and analysing HCP (Health Care Professional) campaigns. Expertise in enabling platforms for campaign design, execution, and analytics to measure impact. Value-driven mindset with the ability to partner in business strategy, and strong autonomous strategic thinking. Proven leadership skills with emotional intelligence and people management capabilities. Experience working in global contexts and driving change within a matrix organization. Proficiency in English
