R&D Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

Task：• Engage in hardware implementation tasks, including testing, recording, and documentation. • Contribute to straightforward hardware design processes. • Assist with hardware debugging efforts. • Evaluate and select electronic components. • Establish and maintain a communication network within R&D across different locations and collaborate with other departments cross-functionally.

Qualifications for the role

Requirements: Exceptional academic performance, particularly in areas such as analog electronics techniques, circuit theory, and digital electronics techniques. Strong passion for hardware development. Proven practical skills and hands-on experience. Excellent communication abilities in both Chinese and English. A willingness to embrace challenges and a strong appetite for learning. Eager to share knowledge and collaborate effectively within the team.
