The Role

Responsible for providing the sales organization with the information, content, expertise, and tools to help salespeople sell more effectively. Optimizes all buyer interactions to build pipelines, relationships, and opportunities, and improve communication. Requires demonstrating knowledge and proficiencies in buyer behavior and your company’s go-to-market process to create continuous training opportunities through various methods. Create and deliver content, information, and tools to prepare sellers to deliver on company business goals, including building client relationships, identifying client needs, how company products and services can meet client needs, and capturing opportunities within their accounts. Uses sales metrics to identify and quantify effective sales strategies. Will continually evaluate and deploy new and improved deployment methods.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the sales team and senior leadership to create compelling visual communications.

Work closely with the Growth Enablement team on visually compelling presentations, documents, and collaterals that align with Kyndryl’s brand standards.

Design visually engaging presentations, documents, newsletters, and collateral materials that simplify complex business discussions.

Ensure all designs align with Kyndryl’s brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional visual identity.

Iterate on feedback-based designs, refining and enhancing materials to improve clarity and impact.

Suggest innovative ways to present and package content to maximize engagement and understanding.

Understand Kyndryl’s business landscape to align visual communications with the company’s objectives.

Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.

Apply knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition to design content for both print and digital platforms, including social media.

Your unique ability to communicate and empathize with stakeholders will be invaluable. By understanding the business objectives and success criteria of each project, you will align your skills and efforts seamlessly with our overarching goals.

Who You Are

Required Technical and Professional Experience:

8+ years in graphic design, Content design preferably in corporate communications or transformation initiatives.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver), HTML, CSS, PowerPoint, and other design tools.

Strong communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences.

High attention to detail and strong design capabilities.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in design, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
