What will you do:

Take a leadership role in initiating, planning, managing, and executing analytical chemistry and microbiology workflows and technical support efforts for internal and external customersEnsure optimum operational performance of the laboratory including prioritization of work to align with business priorities, justification of capital investment, and ownership of quality systems and deliverablesPromote talent development throughout the organizationMaintain a culture of safety in the laboratory and ensure safety policies and procedures are followed

Your Profile

Ph.D. degree in chemistry, microbiology or related science5+ years of laboratory management experience is essentialExperience leading a team performing routine tasks, whilst having an innovative mindsetFluent English with good written and verbal communication skillsGood problem-solving and organizational skills, conscientious, strategic thinker, proactive with an ability to communicate and cooperate independently, to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
