Job Description

Warehouse and Transport Management: 

Economical and safe storage and internal transport. 

Efficient management of human resources in the warehouse. 

Planning and optimizing machines, materials, and other equipment with cost-effectiveness in mind. 

Optimization of external transport for the entire supply chain. 

Shipment Management to Customers: 

Efficient shipment of goods to customers according to orders and defined customer standards. 

Automation and optimization of the administrative part of the shipping process. 

Packaging Concept Development: 

Defining and continuously improving packaging standards for customers and suppliers, considering specific needs (e.g., quality, transport safety, cost-effectiveness). 

Effective planning and ordering of packaging. 

Successful management of returnable and non-returnable packaging flows with customers and suppliers. 

Implementation of BPS Standards in Logistics: 

Coordinating the implementation of the highest level of BPS standards in all logistics areas. 

Managing LOM Group Employees: 

Responsible for activities, results, and discipline of the LOM group (warehouse team, finished goods shipment team, packaging development and planning team).

Ensuring the successful operation of all processes within the scope of responsibility, in compliance with local legal regulations, central directives, internal directives, instructions, and guidelines. 

Coordinating and managing projects and daily operations to optimize the entire material flow. 

Ensuring successful collaboration with all other participants in the "Value Stream," including teams and groups within logistics and other departments within PciP.

Qualifications

Experience  

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience 

Specifics  

Excellent knowledge of logistics processes and warehouse operations 

Excellent command of the English language 

Strong IT skills (MS Office, SAP) 

Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and people management 

Ability to lead multiple teams
