The Global Supply Chain Leader plays a crucial role in driving operational excellence, strategic alignment, and cross-functional collaboration within the global supply chain. As part of Emergency Care’s Integrated Supply Chain Leadership Team, this role works closely with the Business Unit Leadership, R&D, PMO, Finance, Quality and Regulatory and external partners to meet customer and stakeholder expectations.
Your role:
Drive the alignment of supply chain processes, performance metrics, and resource utilization to meet commitments and Emergency Care annual operating plan.Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain health, quality, cost/productivity, and service with focus on meeting business objectives and customer service.Collaborate with senior leaders to define and align supply chain strategies with the broader organizational goals.Act as a liaison between leadership teams, supply chain operations and engineering to ensure alignment on operational and strategic goals.Facilitate communication between different functional areas to address challenges, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure the flow of information across departments.You're the right fit if have:

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. The pay range for this position in Bothell, Wa is $127,680 to $178,753.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
