This is a role in the Global Services team. BCG's Global Services provides corporate support to the business in functions such as Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing and IT. This diverse team of experts, operators and specialists represent all levels from Managing Director and Partner to entry level staff, operating across the globe.
The Global Services London Apprenticeship Program is tailored to meet BCG’s growing business demands. This is designed for candidates who are passionate about learning the workings of global cross-functional teams and developing skills needed for BCG’s global services support functions. The successful candidate will undertake productive work in the Global Revenue Management function whilst completing a Digital Business Accelerator Level 3 Apprenticeship with Multiverse which will result in a data technician qualification.
We will be interviewing in May and will need successful candidates to be ready to join no later than the 23rd June
What You'll Do
The Global Revenue Management Team’s mission is to contribute to BCG’s commercial success and support a more profitable, productive, and sustainable operating model for our firm – we function very similarly to a corporate strategy team focused on the most pressing commercial and top-line growth topics.
In this Apprenticeship role, you will contribute to our team’s mission via various commercial responsibilities, which may include:
Support innovative hypothesis-driven pricing analytics to shape our commercial strategyEvolve commercial support tactics / tools provided by Commercial Teams in response to growing complexity of our business (e.g., digital and climate offerings), including owning our existing AI-enabled tools (and developing new ones)Draft communications (& manage distribution, email analytics) on commercial topics for senior consulting staffResearch and synthesize competitive intel trends and distill into actionable insights for our Commercial Teams and consulting staff

The Global Revenue Management Team drives BCG’s pricing strategy, working with leadership to improve price realization and drive productivity and profitability. You’ll partner closely with global Client Team members and Commercial Teams. In addition, you’ll also collaborate with colleagues from across the organization globally, including Finance, Legal, BCG’s Specialty Businesses, and senior leadership (e.g. offices of the CFO / Regional Chairs).
