We enable the global technology for BCG’s entire People Function including Recruiting; Talent Management (Staffing, Mobility, & Career Development); L&D; and Core HR (including Workday, Compensation, Benefits). Over the past two years, the People Digital Product Portfolio has more than doubled in size, and there is more growth to come.
With this growth comes new opportunities, including this Global Product Analyst – Manager role in a new squad focused on building and maintaining all our People Data Products (e.g. functional data products / DataMart) to enable our People functions.
Working within an agile team, you will play a critical role in maintaining an existing People functional Data Product built in Snowflake and dbt for our Teaming function (e.g., internal employee surveys). You will work hands-on to implement changes and enhancements directly within the Data Product, while also closely coordinating with our Data Engineers to pro-actively adapt the product to enterprise-wide data changes, ensuring it remains stable, reliable, and highly available. Managing user access across multiple departments will be part of your responsibility, alongside leading onboarding and training sessions to help new and existing users maximize the platform’s value. Acting as the primary point of contact for user support, you will answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and foster strong engagement among stakeholders. Additionally, you will gather user feedback, identify enhancement opportunities, build a strategic roadmap, and coordinate the delivery of updates to ensure the Data Product continues to meet evolving business need.
In addition to maintaining the existing Data Product, you will help drive the creation of new, related solutions to support evolving feedback processes and other People initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, develop detailed project plans with clear milestones and delivery timelines.
