Our HR Shared Services Center (HRSSC) spans across three global hubs—India, Costa Rica, and Portugal—delivering centralized and efficient support for HR processes worldwide.

We support the full employee lifecycle with precision, enable efficiency gains through smart systems and collaboration, and deliver measurable outcomes that enhance every employee’s journey at BCG.

 

What You’ll Do

You will be a key member of our Global HR Shared Services Center (HRSSC), that’s redefining how we deliver world-class HR services—scaling operational excellence, driving innovation, and enhancing the employee experience across every touchpoint. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across multiple geographies and time zones, forming part of a close-knit global HR network that values teamwork, ownership, and continuous learning.

 

Key responsibilities include:

Preparing and processing HR documentation for employee lifecycle events (e.g., new hires, exits, changes) with added complexity or exceptions to SOPs.Managing escalated or non-routine employee documentation requests such as employment verifications, references, and visa letters.Conducting and leading onboarding and background verification processes including induction plans and welcome communications.Resolving process deviations using sound judgment; identifying and troubleshooting issues proactively.Producing accurate and insightful reporting on employee data (e.g., anniversaries, distribution lists, milestones).Conducting regular audits on team outputs to ensure quality and compliance; identifying gaps and recommending improvements.Coaching and mentoring GT and CS1-level colleagues to promote knowledge sharing and capability building.Partnering with stakeholders to address escalations and support continuous process refinement.

What You'll Bring

2–6 years of relevant experience in HR operations or shared services; HR process management experience is a mustProficiency in Workday (preferred) or other HR ERP systemsStrong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Visio)Experience working in a professional services or multinational environmentFluent verbal and written English language skills plus fluency in either French, German or Italian
