**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Recruit, Develop, and Mentor technical talent; Primarily experienced Applications Engineers with unique existing expertise spanning multiple products, target industries and geographies + Build and maintain the team’s overall expertise and technical leadership on Emerson Test & Measurement products and their applications + Collaborate with Business Managers, Sales, Marketing & R&D teams to align the team's execution to growth strategies and short term business needs + Engage with sales to drive mutual understanding and prioritization of efforts to achieve shared business goals + Manage ambiguity and drive change management as business strategy evolves + Drive engineering execution excellence in all areas of the team + Handle special projects or tasks as assigned by management **Who You Are:** You are a highly effective technical engineering leader who efficiently directs teams and mentors staff.
