The PositionAs a Near Patient Care Senior Support & Training Specialist, you will create and lead product training and be included in customer support, assist the regions in case for diagnostic support & training with specific focus on Diabetes Care.
The Opportunity
Creating, reviewing, and maintaining training materials and documentation for job-specific training
Delivering training sessions for end users, first-level support, regional trainers, and global staff
Offering 2nd level support hotlines for affiliates and regions in order to minimize system down times, allowing for a fast workaround or solution
Providing on-site support for local and regional service activities to ensure success in repairs, applications, modifications and first installations
Supporting resolution of customer problems with quick fixes and workarounds
Supporting the knowledge transfer from manufacturer or R&D (new products or product care projects) to provide comprehensive system knowledge to trainers, service representatives, customers, Product- and Marketing Managers and Post Market Quality (PMQ) members
Who you are
Hold a degree in medical engineering, electronics, automation, or a related technical field
Have professional experience supporting medical technology systems – ideally in Diabetes Care, especially CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitoring) and IDS (Insulin Dosing Systems) combined with digital/IT tools
Confident in designing and delivering training sessions in English, with strong teaching skills
Have experience in Patient facing roles such as Customer Support, Marketing or Sales and understanding of disease states, therapy, monitoring and disease management of Diabetes
Customer-focused and service-minded with and fluent in English
You are willing to travel up to 10–20% internationally
