If so, lets talk. **Your role and responsibilities** * Work closely with Development team members, Product Management, Designers, Testers, and other stakeholders to finalize the development scope and commitments. * Be able to deliver within expected timelines, milestones with the expectation of quality following scrum methodologies. * A self-starter, growth-minded individual who is adaptive, is able to learn fast and take initiative in a rapidly growing and ever-changing environment and technology stack. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Several years of experience in full-stack development. Coach and mentor the development team to drive and embed the engineering discipline. * Align the squad development process with the global team and ensure the process is followed during the development lifecycle * Robust system design and programming skills in ReactJS, NodeJS and Go Lang. Experience with Containers, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux (package management, shell scripting etc). * Experience writing unit tests, integration tests and TDD principles. Proven experience with Engineering best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, build processes, testing, and operations. * Solid knowledge on Agile methodology and practices, such as SCRUM, Test Driven Development (TDD), etc * Excellent communication, teamwork, customer satisfaction, and problem-solving skills. * PHP development skills. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Experience working in cloud deployment, with building CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, Travis, etc.. * Experience with OpenSearch / ElasticSearch * Golang / Node.js / Typescript and ReactJS * Drupal & familiarity with C, C++, SQL and Nginx IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
