Roles and Responsibilities
Schedule Management: Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules that reflect all roles, activities, and milestones.Coordination: Ensure alignment and coordination among various teams and stakeholders to meet project timelines.Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scheduling accuracy and efficiency.Work Prioritization: Ability to communicate the priorities and manage the impacts to changes to priorities across the impacted teams in alignment with Technical Leads.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of project schedules, changes, and updates.Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between the digital engineering team, engineering technical leads, and other stakeholders.Risk Management: Identify potential scheduling risks and develop mitigation strategies.Reporting: Generate and distribute regular schedule status reports to stakeholders.Resource Allocation: Ensure that resources are allocated effectively to meet project demands.Support: Provide guidance and support to the digital engineering team to ensure adherence to project schedules.Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university. Minimum of 4 years of project management or engineering operations experience.Eligibility Requirements
The preferred work location for this role is at the GEH Headquarters in Wilmington, NC; but highly qualified (US based) remote candidates will be considered.This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Skilled in Lean project management concepts. Ability to work in complexity. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with project management software and tools. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of configuration management principles is a plus.Knowledge of nuclear business products, business processes, customers, and competitive environment.Demonstrated ability in meeting project budget, schedule, and quality commitments.Excellent Leadership, influencing, communication, and presentation skills.Experience working with Government contracts and contracting requirements.Experience in boiling water or advanced reactors and/or equivalent technical environment.Prior experience working with architect engineer / subcontractors.IT / Computer competency.Proven ability to think strategically, be creative and move quickly.Established credibility with peers and managers based on experience.Strong technical aptitude, including applicable engineering tools and systems.Primavera project scheduling tool experience.Graduate of GE leadership program (PMLP, JOLP, or similar).Six Sigma training (BB, DFSS, etc.) (GE Employees only).The base pay range for this position is $99K - $140K. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on 5/28/25.
The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
