Job Summary:
As a Financial Reporting Specialist within our Financial Services team, you will be responsible for preparing primary financial statements and related notes in accordance with accounting and regulatory disclosure requirements. You will liaise with partner sites for external deliveries and communicate status effectively. You will also interact with stakeholders to address any accounting or financial reporting-related queries.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare primary financial statements and related notes per accounting and regulatory requirements. Review financial statements for numerical accuracy and disclosure quality. Liaise with partner sites for external deliveries and timely status communication. Interact with stakeholders to address accounting or financial reporting queries. Act on process improvement opportunities and recommend changes. Ensure adherence to risk and control checks for client portfolios. Follow required checklists and SOPs, updating post-audit cycles. Collaborate with internal control team on arising issues. Encourage team efficiency and idea generation. Manage initiatives alongside daily workload. Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Possess 3+ years of experience in Financial Reporting or Audit in the Funds industry. Hold a postgraduate degree/CA/CPA with a major in Finance/Accounting. Work effectively within a team and build key internal relationships. Demonstrate strong attention to detail in document review and analytical capabilities. Understand all primary GAAPs – Irish/UK, IFRS, US GAAP. Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines during peak delivery times. Implement change, efficiencies, and manage initiatives alongside daily tasks.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
