You will be driving business efficiency and success by ensuring adequate Internal Controls are in place to maintain accuracy of financial reporting while safeguarding company’s assets and reputation. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Acting window for dedicated financial area and bank/treasury related topics + Conduct cash collection, account receivable aging and past-due management + Prepare bank reconciliation + Review and prepare bank guarantee + Customer credit analysis and review of releasing hold orders + Review of sales contracts and other account receivable related documents + Prepare and review quarterly VAT filing + Run financial process including month end closing with Business and Shared Service Center + Prepare the monthly and quarterly reporting packages for the area responsible and conduct Balance sheet review + Support Internal audit, Statutory audit, Tax filing support and other accounting related tasks + Work with accounting/planning team to ensure accurate financials and increase efficiency by developing automated reporting process + Prepare financial and regulatory reports required by laws and regulations + Assist in creating any additional results or ad hoc analyses as appropriate and ensure completeness and quality, Work on special projects as the need arises **Who You Are:** You ensure the effective management, implementation, and successful completion of all projects assigned to the team.
