About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance and Commercial Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our commercial team, managing documents and overseeing the end-to-end finance process, from invoicing services to collection. This position offers the opportunity to work across various LATAM countries, contributing to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with customer transition teams and corporate acquisition teams to support strategy implementation and achieve goals through intensive follow-up.

Maintain and update documentation related to implementation activities on team SharePoint sites.

Conduct periodic reviews and audits of files to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Coordinate and manage all information, communications, documents, and materials for customer/partnership manuals.

Set up and maintain internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans with project-specific information.

Identify and escalate project risks or issues affecting timelines, costs, or deliverables.

Prepare, analyze, and distribute invoices to clients.

Provide support for accounts receivable.

Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all transactions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or similar

Completed Commercial apprenticeship with at least 1 year of experience in an administrative position preferred.

Intermediate to advanced English

Background in Finance/Sales Operations is a plus.

Strong knowledge of Excel.

Familiarity with SAP and SFDC or any other CRM system is beneficial.

Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
