The PositionEnterprise Master Data Management (EMDM) is a Roche cross-functional and cross-divisional network of master data specialists and subject-matter experts developing governance frameworks and maintenance processes to ensure high-quality and trusted master data as the backbone for seamless business operations, data analytics and digitalization.

The Opportunity
As the Finance Master Data - Business Process Alignment Manager for SAP HANA Deployment Project, you will play a critical role in coordinating and overseeing the deployment activities of Master Data processes. You will oversee deployment activities, working closely with Local Finance, Master data and IT teams.
Deploy Finance Master Data: Implement and manage the deployment of finance master data in SAP HANA.
Master Data Governance & Standards: Implement Master Data Governance in collaboration with GBPM and map current data to ASPIRE standards.
Solution Definition & Data Management: Define optimal solutions with Roche ERP IT and manage data loads and reconciliations.
Testing Execution: Execute comprehensive testing, including UT, SAT, UAT, and REG.
User Training: Train key and end users on new processes and systems.
Documentation & Integration: Deliver project documentation as per ASPIRE PMM and ensure end-to-end process integration.
Governance, Change Control & Independent Leadership: Maintain template governance, manage specification changes, and autonomously drive key tasks within the Finance Master Data stream.
Who you are

Educational Background & Experience: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration or related field with 5+ years in Finance or Master Data focused SAP project roles.
Master Data & Technical Proficiency: Proficient in master data concepts, processes, ERP systems, and reporting tools, with hands-on MDG-F experience, also SAP customizing knowledge is an advantage.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, coupled with experience in process improvement and E2E business process analysis.
Project & Stakeholder Management: Strong project, stakeholder, and change management skills, including the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
Interpersonal & Leadership Skills: Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, demonstrating leadership capabilities, strong consultative skills, and effective communication (including presentation skills) in diverse, multicultural teams.

Salary starts from 2300 EUR gross/monthly. Final salary depends on the successful candidate's level of experience, skills and qualifications.
