We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Field Clinical Engineer to join our team of over 10,000 global field representatives in several regions making over 20 million product details annually for our pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
The main responsibilities will encompass, but will not be limited to:
Clinical Study (Clinical Development Support)
FCE facilitates bi-directional clinical site and sponsor communications to assist with the delivery of the Study within the appropriate timelines and resources. Engage and support HCPs and stakeholders within the clinical sites through the provision of technical product training on optimal use of the Product in the trial setting.Support trial sites and CRAs with implementation of study protocols, case planning, case support, assist site in pertinent data collection guidance (as applicable), for HCPs during patient procedures and in patient follow-ups.Collect insights and learnings for ongoing product development.Liaise with trial sites, HCPs and stakeholders per agreed call lists and activity KPIs.Build and maintain relationships with HCPs participating in the Study or a Post Market Clinical Launch initiative.Record all activities accurately in CRM and provide monthly field reports to IPD for consolidation and dissemination to the Customer Project Manager as appropriatePeri/Post Market Study Launch (Clinical Specialist launch support – Market Access)
Develop an expert knowledge of the device/portfolio and other possible devices related to themComplete training program including at least one trip to the office for in person training.Map out the key account (hospitals) and key reference centers for engagementDrive general education and awareness programs via F2F and remote engagement channels (hybrid approach) to develop target HCPs within key accounts as advocates/usersResponsible for setting up evaluations in high priority accounts (reference hospitals) with target KOLs and cliniciansResponsible for providing the physician with case planning and case support during procedures – be there in theatre/suite to support and proctor the HCPAssure that all new or updated product information is distributed to and understood by the customers and teamParticipation at relevant local and international exhibitions, meetings and lectures forwarding relevant information to divisional teamProvide written reports to the commercial team via the International Project Director (IPD)Securing Employee Development And Organizational Culture

The potential base pay range for this role is $160,000-$180,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
