The Position

Roche Diagnostics in South Africa has an exciting opportunity for a medical/science graduate to join their external affairs team to help drive increased access to quality in-vitro diagnostics across the Southern Africa Network!

The Opportunity

Assist in strengthening our medical function via process optimization in relation with HCP (Healthcare professional) and HCO (Healthcare Organization) interactions and engagements.Work closely with the MSL in evidence generation with local Institutions and ensure publication and shaping of policy and guidelinesSupport the external affairs team in driving stakeholder engagement across medical, access, policy and regulatory in order to better understand our landscape and how best to realize our 10x strategySupport the external affairs team in execution of field-based activities and events to enable commercial successMapping of Key Opinion Leaders and Stakeholders in the diagnostics value chain to understand levels of influence and impact to the Roche Strategy

Who you are

Medical/Science Graduate (NQF level 7 or more)Strong engagement/communication skills (verbal and written)Good scientific acumen and understanding of the regulatory landscapeAbility to interact with Senior Academic and Clinical Experts on complex therapeutic areasTeam player, passionate and adaptable to ever changing environment
