There is a great career opportunity for Expert, Global Logistics Compliance, based in Sofia.
This role is responsible for ensuring compliance across logistics operations, making certain that all processes meet established standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring transport activities, collaborating closely with internal teams and suppliers, and proactively addressing compliance issues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
How you’ll spend your day
• Manage and maintain the database for transport events.
• Lead global logistics inspections and corrective actions, collaborating with transport suppliers, sites and Quality partners.
• Investigate repeated minor temperature excursions, oversee reports status globally, and ensure the implementation of appropriate follow-up and corrective actions.
• Work closely with the Insurance team to handle logistics claims.
• Support the implementation of a global process for LRA (Logistics Risk Assessment).
• Archive signed documents in LogMS (e.g., LRAs, repeated minor reports, etc.).
• Ensure the compliance status report in teams is consistently updated and accurate.
• Real-time temperature monitoring: manage EMSO rollouts with suppliers, and assist with system validation.
• Present monthly compliance status in different forums.
• Proactively recommends optimal transport solutions from a compliance perspective and keeps customers informed about delivery timelines.
• Participates in logistics initiatives and projects assigned to the team, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
• Relevant university degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
• Problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent business understanding with knowledge of logistics processes.
• Good level of verbal and written English
