We’re looking for a visionary Project Manager ready to take the next step in their career. **What you will do at WSP**
+ **Take the lead** on multidisciplinary project teams, applying your expertise in building science, structural remediation, and building assessments to deliver high-impact solutions.
+ **Drive new business** by leading and preparing compelling proposals that win exciting, meaningful projects.
+ **Be the face of your work** —build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout all phases of your projects.
+ **Own the process** from start to finish, overseeing contract administration and ensuring smooth project execution.
+ **Collaborate across disciplines,** coordinating with contractors, sub-consultants, and internal engineering teams to drive results.

**What you bring to WSP**
+ Bachelor’s Degree or Applied Science Technology Diploma or equivalent in Building Science Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred;
+ 10-15 years of engineering or construction sector experience in project management, design, consulting, renewal, construction or advisory capacity for building systems (candidates with greater relevant experience are welcome to apply);
+ Experience with Building Condition Assessment and Reserve Fund Study reporting is an asset but not a requirement;
+ P. Eng. or registered with the Association of Science and Engineering Technology Professionals of Alberta (ASET) as a C.E.T. or greater, OR eligible for registration with either immediately following hiring; registration in other Provinces is an asset;
+ [VM7] presentation skills;
+ Knowledge of building materials and construction processes for repairing building envelopes, cladding systems, roofs, and parking structures;
+ Ability to travel to project sites within Western Canada and the North and work extended and various hours when required;
+ Ability to obtain various government security clearances (facilitated by WSP);
+ Ability to work at heights (WSP will provide suitable training);
+ Experience and training in Workplace Health and Safety protocol and experience in reading and following Safe Work Practices and Procedures is an asset;
+ Have a valid drivers license in good standing. (Abstract may be requested).
