This role provides high-level administrative, strategic, and operational support to the President Director and Leadership Team, ensuring efficiency in daily operations, effective communication, and seamless coordination of executive priorities.
Job Responsibilities:
You will manage the President Director’s calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and correspondence while ensuring effective time management and prioritization of tasks. You will prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-ups for executive meetings; act as a liaison between the President Director, leadership team, and key stakeholders. You will support the President Director’s professional image by managing executive communications, social media presence, content creation, and stakeholder engagement. You will manage end-to-end arrangements for visiting executives, clients, and expatriates, including travel logistics, accommodation, work permits, visa processing, and local onboarding to ensure a seamless experience. You will organize leadership meetings, board sessions, and corporate events, ensuring seamless execution and engagement.
Qualifications:
You have a Bachelor degree in any discipline. You have a minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a multinational or corporate environment. You have proven ability to manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings across time zones, and arrange international and domestic travel. You have experience in organizing executive meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, coordinating corporate events, and handling visitor arrangements. You have ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, clients, and business partners. You have strong experience in handling correspondence, preparing reports, managing confidential documents, and ensuring smooth office operations.
