In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Generate enquiries/leads from assigned/New customers for SCADA / RTU / Software solutions for Pipelines, Upstream (Oil and Gas) and Terminals Maintain healthy rapport with customers Pre-qualify customer requests for quotation by understanding their requirements and explore opportunities for additional products or services Collaborate with internal customers during entire sales cycle Help customer to select optimum product according to the specifications and application, taking into consideration the customer’s lead-time and budgetary requirements Pro-active follow-up of quotations with the goal of winning the order Respond to customer’s commercial and technical questions within reasonable time Verify that purchase orders are in accordance to the offered financial and technical proposal and resolve any issues that occur during the order cycle Maintain accurate and complete records in CRM and other tools as required Act as a liaison between customers, operations and factories Forecast & meet monthly and yearly budget numbers Who You Are:You promote high visibility of shared contributions to goals. For This Role, You Will Need: Minimum 8 to 12 years of proven experience in industrial automation field and preferably strong background of O&G Industry. Basic knowledge of industrial processes, Industry verticals, Sales cycle and Drive Orders plan for the designated business. Basic knowledge of RTU / SCADA / LDS / Terminal automation Knowledge of Commercial terms and conditions. Acquaintance of opportunity management CRM/ PowerBi will be added advantage. Good understanding of MS Office software like MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint. Has negotiation skills and ability to work with internal partners & customers. Ability to lead change and alignment on new concepts and approaches through persistence, self-motivation, follow-through, and dedication. Great teammate who builds and maintains positive team member relations. Able to manage and schedule multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Possess strong analytical skills, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering from Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical / Chemical Experience in SCADA / RTU / Software solutions especially for Pipelines will be added advantage
