Role Definition
As an Engineering Team Leader, you will lead on the engine components design and development, production and customer quality issue resolution, global facility issue and process alignment management. As people leader you also need to manage and support on the team members development, coaching and training etc. We have a fabulous team that does some of the most exciting work at Caterpillar, and we can’t wait for you to join the team!
Degree Requirement
Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering, Automobile, or Mechanical Engineering

Troubleshooting Technical Problems: Knowledge of troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, detect and resolve technical problems in a manufacturing or product development environment.
Product Design and Development: Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from concept through to production.
