If you are a Sales professional and looking for career opportunity, Emerson has an exciting offer to you! Regional Sales Manager in Maharashtra region will plan strategies and resources to deliver monthly sales targets and also explore new sales opportunities in the region.
**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ This role pertains to Maharashtra India geographical area
+ Financial: Set, own, and achieve bookings, sales targets for the region.
+ Sales Management: Build positive relationships with the top management of sales channels. Conduct periodical reviews and set objectives.
+ Sales Planning: Closely work with Operations to forecast orders and help in advance planning of materials and inventories.
+ Project Pursuit: Identify key projects to win and enter early to winning strategies. Build excellent collaboration with the India Industrial Product team.
+ Strategic Initiatives: Develop strategic critical initiatives to improve business
+ Sales Promotion: Prioritize focused customer exchange events. Build positive relationships at multiple levels with key customers.
+ Customer Service: Work closely with the Service team to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution. Bring up issues to Asia Pacific team. Grow lifecycle services business in collaboration with LCS manager.
+ Industry Verticals, Industrial Regulators and Valves.

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Minimum 5-7 years of shown experience in Sales Management and Business Development.
+ Critical Thinking and Long-Term Planning Capabilities
+ Good presentation skills
+ To understand the products, applications, and markets. To grasp the business dynamics and assess field.
+ To develop sales strategies combining direct and indirect selling. To position Regulator Technologies as a preferred partner to customers.
+ To propose and implement long term growth plans.
+ To convince customers on the solutions offered.
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ Degree or add equivalent experience in Engineering.
+ Proficient in English, Hindi and Marathi is preferred.
+ Knowledge of similar products will be an added advantage.
