Engineer/ Senior Engineer – Sales

Job Summary:
If you are a Sales professional and looking for career opportunity, Emerson has an exciting offer for you! As Engineer/ Senior Engineer Regional sales you will plan strategies and resources to deliver monthly sales targets and to explore new sales opportunities in the region.
    
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
•    This role pertains to Maharashtra India geographical area. 
•    Sales: Set, own, and achieve/ exceed booking and sales target for the territory handled.
•    Sales Management: Plan and execute strategies to deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
•    Maintain high satisfaction of OEM’s and End Users resulting in business growth.
•    Develop new customers in the region for growing Fisher business.
•    Ability to explain our product superiority and achieve the right product positioning.
•    Focus and generate Primary Demand at End user and increase MRO Business. 
•    Collaborate with application engineering, Operations, business development and other regional sales members in the region.
•    Get familiarized and comply with process related to Sales cycle like CRM, Order booking.

•    You follow through on commitments and make sure others do the same, gain insight into customer needs, maintain a track record of exceeding goals successfully.

For This Role, You Will Need:
•    Engineering Degree (Mechanical/ Chemical/Instrumentation) with Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in technical sales preferably within the process industry.
•    To understand the products offering, applications and industry. Knowledge of valve industry and sizing calculations of control valves
•    Sound knowledge of INCO terms and Commercial terms
•    Ability to influence customer, internal business stakeholders
•    Effective communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Engineering Degree with 5-7 years’ experience in technical sales, preferably within the process industry.
