Job Description:
Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated Copilot Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and a passion for developing innovative solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot. As a Copilot Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining features that enhance the capabilities of Microsoft 365 Copilot, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience.

Design, review, and maintain features for Microsoft 365 Copilot.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Implement and optimize algorithms to improve the performance and accuracy of Copilot.Conduct prompt query reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Copilot functionality.Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field considered an asset.Proven experience in software development, with a focus on AI and machine learning.Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud - 3 yearsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and its suite of applications is a plus.Overall 7+ years of experiencePreferred Skills:
Working experience with Power Platform.Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI.Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.Ability to work in an agile development environment.Strong analytical and debugging skills.Who We Are:
