We are looking for an Internal Platform Engineer (IDP) to develop and optimize solutions that increase the productivity of development teams, working in a modern, collaborative and results-oriented environment. Main Responsibilities - Develop and optimize internal platforms aimed at increasing developer productivity, using React, JavaScript, TypeScript and modern front-end practices. - Implement and manage automated workflows with Cloud Native CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab Pipelines), Infra-as-Code (Terraform) and automation tools such as Ansible and Jenkins. - Create efficient integrations between internal systems, IDEs, code repositories, monitoring systems and development platforms. - Working with RESTful APIs, gRPC and microservices to ensure interoperability and scalability of solutions. - Working with Kubernetes to orchestrate containers and provision environments. - Developing templates, pipelines and provisioned environments to automate the development lifecycle. - Collaborate with technical and business teams, promoting clear and efficient communication. **Required technical and professional expertise** '- Solid experience in developing and integrating internal platforms. - Solid knowledge of Python, Java or Go for backend development. - Proven experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation and continuous integration. - Knowledge of IDP tools, such as Backstage, and DevOps practices. - Experience in Cloud Native environments and the use of Kubernetes. - Ability to work with APIs, microservices and complex integrations. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. **Preferred technical and professional experience** '- Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform or other cloud providers. - Experience with advanced automation, monitoring and provisioning of development environments. - Knowledge of frameworks and productivity tools for developers.
