组织协调生产、计划进行PM年度计划制定，PM计划实施跟进、设备大项修、设备改造跟进

领导实施固特异CTI,MSR,GMS 等规定，制定改善措施跟踪行动计划，协助支持内部和外部审计

参与设备故障2h以上电气故障原因调查与处理、参与Y-Y分析，协助制定维修和预防方案

分析维修指标故障率，MTBF，MTTR 并制定计划提升绩效指标，分析PDM检测报告，并协助主管制定预防措施

配合新设备电气的研发、编程、安裝调试，支持现场无法解决的电气升级及故障

对人员进行部门级电气相关培训，提高维修技能水平
