Distribution Finance Analyst (12-month contract)

Right now, we are looking for Distribution Finance Analyst.

Contract for 12 months.

As Distribution Finance Analyst you own the respective data analysis and distributor compensation calculation, in coordination with Ecolab sales divisions. Among your responsibilities will be data routine analysis and administrative tasks based on SOP and related documentation, as well as proposing process improvement to manager. What Will You Do:

 Analyze sales data and calculate bill-back compensationCommunicate proactively with divisions and distributorsGather documentation supporting the calculations and relevant indirect pricing changesMeet monthly SLAs and KPI requirementsAccountable for creating action and maintenance of all necessary administration and documentation in the area of responsibility, including SOP/controls documentation Demonstrate understanding of the importance and follow SOx and internal controlsProvide bill-back-related support to other departments of EcolabDemonstrate urgency to resolve issues, and escalate them when neededUse sound judgment in decisions and interactions with internal and external customersContribute with personal input to bill-back controls and procedures Support external units’ projects when neededEnsure proper information flow between all stakeholders in the processCooperate with the team and other departments for process efficiencies and improvements

What Will You Need:

Bachelor’s degree completed in finance, accounting, business or related area or equivalent professional experienceVery good analytical skills with detail and quality orientationAdvanced MS Office skills (especially Excel) ​Excellent communication and cooperation skillsAbility to present complex data in straightforward wayKnowledge of SAP with a clear understanding of financial processesProficiency in EnglishAdaptability and quick learning skillsGood organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesVBA knowledge is an assetGood command of other European language is an asset
