Right now, we are looking for Distribution Finance Analyst.

Contract for 18 months.

What You Will Do:

Analyze sales data and calculate Bill-back compensation based on gathered dataCommunicate proactively with divisions and distributorsGather documentation supporting the calculations and relevant indirect pricing changesMeet monthly SLAs and KPI requirements.Accountable for creation and  maintenance of all necessary administration and documentation in the area of responsibility, including SOP/controls documentationDemonstrate understanding of importance and follow Bill-back SOx and internal controlsProvide Bill-back related support to other departments of EcolabDemonstrate urgency to resolve issues, escalate them when needed

What You Will Need:

Previous experience in Finance related or Shared Services area with analysis and problem solving skillsBachelor’s degree completed in finance, accounting, business or a related area or equivalent professional experienceGood command  of German in speaking and writing B1Good Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook and AccessKnowledge of SAP with clear understanding of financial processesGood command  of English in speaking and writingKnowledge of Ecolab’s policies & procedures related to area of responsibilityBasic knowledge of Ecolab’s divisions, products and servicesAdaptabilityAnalytical SkillsDetail and quality orientationGood organizational and  time management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesGood communication  and cooperation skills
