Wood Minerals & Metals is growing our Business Development team!     

Wood's Minerals & Metals business is seeking a Director of Business Development South America. As a core member of an international team of business development professionals, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing Minerals & Metals (M&M) business development efforts to build relationships with Wood’s M&M client base and win new consulting, study and project work.

The role includes the management of all aspects of the business development and sales process by developing solid customer relationships at all levels in the Mining market, obtain a clear understanding of customer business drivers and individual opportunity buying factors and manage the delivery of compelling proposals to drive increased sales.

This role is based in Santiago, Chile and may require domestic and international travel to support customer, opportunity and organizational requirements.
