In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Assessing the current digital landscape, identifying areas for improvement and developing customized digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives in partnership with Corporate IT and OT. Find opportunities for process automation, AI-driven optimization, and data-driven decision-making. Effectively communicate strategies and timelines to collaborators to ensure organizational alignment. Serves as a liaison between the GSC organization and other Emerson Groups. Guiding the GSC Organization through the implementation process of new LLM technologies, including training and technical support. Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems. Facilitating change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new digital tools within the Global organization. Conduct advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics to derive actionable insights. Develop dashboards and interactive notification tools for real-time monitoring. Interpret and communicate findings to business leaders, driving strategic decisions. Implement LLM-powered solutions for automation, knowledge management, and Human decision mentorship. Use GenAI models (GPT, Gemini, Claude, Llama, etc.) to improve data processing, summarization, and NLP applications. Evaluate and optimize pre-trained models to specific organizational business needs. Analyze IoT data streams for operational and predictive insights and efficiency/labor improvements. Develop frameworks for edge computing and real-time analytics in industrial and on prem/cloud enterprise environments. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate IoT data with existing analytics platforms. Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with industry standards. Establish standard methodologies for data collection, processing, and governance in AI/ML-driven environments. Advocate for a data-driven culture, enabling self-service analytics across the organization. Who You Are: You collaborate with world area supply chain teams and with the Strategic Business Unit to gain alignment and implement the action plans critical for maintaining continuity of supply to global sites. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in data analytics, AI/ML, business intelligence roles. Strong expertise to legacy applications such as SQL, PowerBI and AI/ML frameworks. Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI or equivalent) and GenAI applications. Knowledge of IoT platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Edge AI, or equivalent). Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery). Familiarity with MLOps, AutoML, and AI model deployment in production environments. Excellent problem-solving, storytelling, and data visualization skills. Strong communication skills to translate complex business needs into actionable technical strategies. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Analytical and business insight. Self-Motivated and Achievement oriented. High degree of creativity and latitude encouraged. Experience working in manufacturing, smart buildings, industrial IoT, or financial services. Knowledge of digital twins, AI-powered RPA, and advanced analytics for supply chain optimization.
