We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing and Communication Specialist to join our team, focusing on new agency onboarding and internal communications. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communications within a sales-driven environment, with a strong understanding of digital advertising, social media, webpage optimization, and email marketing strategies. In this role, you will oversee the digital onboarding experience for new agents, providing education on Chubb’s commercial and personal lines products primarily through email journeys. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing innovative marketing campaigns that drive new agency appointments through various social media platforms, with a focus on acquisition and prospecting. Additionally, you will be responsible for deploying internal communications and assist various teams with their marketing needs while adhering to brand guidelines. An understanding of Property & Casualty insurance is preferred.

Onboarding New Agencies and Driving Engagement
Oversee the digital onboarding experience for new agents by providing education on Chubb products and guiding them through the quoting process via email journeys and Online Learning Center pathways. Collaborate with business line leaders, marketing officers, and agency education teams to regularly update content and ensure its relevance. Evaluate the performance of email open rates and course participation, making necessary content adjustments to optimize the campaign and enhance overall agent engagement. Analyze engagement data to identify and provide targeted leads to the sales teams.New Agency Prospecting/Acquisition:
Create and implement marketing campaigns to enhance the Chubb brand and drive new appointment applications through diverse digital channels, including display, search, paid social media, targeted email campaigns, and website content. Oversee relationships with various vendors to ensure optimal results are attained. Analyze data from marketing campaigns to improve engagement and effectiveness. Regularly update messaging and ensure targeted distribution to maintain relevance. Investigate and explore additional digital channels for prospecting to effectively reach potential agents.Internal Communications
Develop and implement an internal communications platform that serves as a centralized repository for departmental information, including helpful links, featured campaigns, online learning center updates, and newsletters. Create and oversee a marketing request system for the sales team to submit requests and monitor demand. Assist various internal teams with their marketing and communication needs, ensuring all communications adhere to brand guidelines and are delivered within established timelines. Manage marketing inboxes and provide timely responses to inquiries from agents.Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in marketing and communications or related fields within a sales-focused environment.Experience working with various digital advertising channels such as social media, webpages, and email marketing.Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling content and engaging visuals that drive effective messaging.Proficient with marketing engagement analysis, ad performance, and webpage optimization to enhance user engagement and conversion.Effective communication skills, demonstrating strong verbal, listening, and written abilities in various settings.Flexible and collaborative with the ability to demonstrate accountability and a results-oriented approach in a face paced environment.Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, setting timelines, and meeting quality expectations.Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookUnderstanding of Property & Casualty insurance preferred.
