The US Digital Marketing and Martech Transformation team is on a mission to accelerate marketing performance through best-in-class strategy, execution, and innovation across digital channels. As part of the External Digital Media team, the successful candidate will join the Paid Search (SEM) and Performance Max practice area, one of several cross-functional channel centers of excellence responsible for delivering profitable growth across the bank’s US lines of business such as Deposits, Lending, Small Business, and Commercial. The Marketing department follows an Agile operating model. The ideal candidate should be able to collaborate across multiple teams, actively problem solve, learn and adapt quickly to the changing business demands. Quantitative and Analytical skills to draw on performance reports, generate insights, develop forecasts and business cases are key drivers of success for this role.
The Digital Marketing Associate II is responsible for supporting and/or managing key deliverables in relation to projects, plans, and/or campaigns to include: Introductory research/analysis, data synthesis/communication, basic partner management (internal and/or external), evaluating the effectiveness of projects/plans after implementation, assisting in compiling, analyzing, and communicating feedback from various internal/external stakeholders, helping develop recommendations, and incorporating changes into the future.
