WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Product & Project Manager, you will be responsible for the design, creation and delivery of new products which are intended for the digital assets space, with implementation intended to be across multiple regions (Europe, LatAm, North America, APAC) and globally.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

Design new products, drawing on external analysis, cross-functional internal analysis, methodologies, etc.Project manage the delivery and implementation of projects, using project management methodologies / approachesManage multiple stakeholders as part of diverse project teamsRun or partake in governance committees and forums (i.e. SteerCo, New Product Approval Committee, Working groups, etc.)Design and / or support "Go to Market" strategies for productsReport into a PMO / programme structure as a project manager of one or more projects (tracking budget, roadmap, status, etc.)Manage all artefacts associated with individual projects: documents, presentations, spreadsheets, updates, agendas, minutes, etc.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5-7 years in Product and / or Project Management (could be a combination of both)

EDUCATION

preference for Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Economics etc.  Someone that is really smart can learn everything that they need to.Highly proficient with powerpoint, excel, and word doc applications

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Project Management skills (Prince II, PMI, or other) - ability to demonstrate projects / initiatives previously managed by candidateProduct Design skills - ability to demonstrate new product creation and or design experience, methodologies, etc.A solid understanding of banking products and processes is requiredCryptocurrency / Blockchain - ability to demonstrate a depth of knowledge in both cryptocurrency and blockchain (Deep technical expertise not required, but an understanding of how both topics impact FS & banking is imperative)Fluent English required (C2)

OTHER INFORMATION

This is a **delivery** role: the candidate´s ability to design products and run projects is of the highest priority. Travel may be required as the role is global. The role, and the team is dynamic, fast-paced and committed to delivery. We are looking for someone who is passionate and self-motivated.
